We provide technical support and equipment service for all of your medical imaging equipment. In doing so, we assure that your equipment is in compliance with stipulations set forth by JACHO, HIPPA and the American College of Radiology. Also, if you want to have your equipment pro-actively managed, we offer a variety of flexible service plans. Rest assured that we'll be there to offer the finest support available anywhere - at any price.
Programs. We have a variety of tailored service plans to cover and support your equipment servicing requirements. As an integral part of your success, our team will help you achieve the clinical and financial results you need to remain competitive. We offer an array of services designed to meet your individual needs:
- Preventative Maintenance Plans. Proactive monitoring systems designed to prevent small problems from becoming large ones.
- Flat Rate Service Agreements. Oversee the entire life cycle of equipment repair and calibration.
- Time & Material Service Agreement. Provides discounted parts and fixed hourly wages together with OEM required preventive maintenance.
Emergencies. X-Ray Vision's factory trained technicians provide fast response, accurate troubleshooting, and a can-do attitude. You can count on us to respond to your call and dispatch a service engineer specialized in your type of problem. We provide on site services between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, assuring you of:
